Project Summary

A new house being constructed on the waterfront in Sequim, WA showed up to four inces of settlement shortly after the concrete foundation was poured. Advanced Foundatio Supports, LLC  installed a test anchor which penetrated to a depth of 60 feet at which refusal was met. Our team then preceeded to install 60 helical pipe anchors including foundation brackets to support the foundation so that construction could proceed. The home which is near beach and surrounding bog is now permanantly supported by a deep foundation system.
