PROJECT SUMMARY:
This old historic home located on the waterfront in Desmoines, WA had little to no foundation remaining. Due to the poor condition of the origonal foundation the house was settling. In the complete remodel and restoration of this historic home the house was raised four feet and the entire foundation was removed. Eighty piles were installed to provide stabilization for the new foundation to be poured.
